Refund Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

1. 1. No refunds

Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, purchasing by mistake, no longer needing the product, incompatibility with your server setup or other plugins, lack of required technical knowledge, server closure, or a revoked license due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

2. 2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases (for example in the EU, the UK or Türkiye), that right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your prior express consent. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. 3. Problems with a product

If a product does not work as described, open a support ticket and we will work with you to fix it. Resolution may take the form of a fix, an update or configuration help, not a refund.

4. 4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice for the same order because of a technical error, or you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days with your order details. Verified duplicate charges are corrected.

5. 5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks for products that were delivered are contested, and the related licenses and account may be suspended as described in our Terms of Service.

6. 6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
