Terms of Service

1. 1. Eligibility and age

   You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase Products. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the site and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your purchases.

   The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts. Accounts we discover were created by a child under 13 will be closed.

2. 2. Your account

   You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions, and accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3. 3. Products and license

   Products are licensed, not sold. Upon full payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the purchased Product on one (1) Minecraft server or network installation that you own or operate. Each license key is bound to a single server IP address and installation; transferring it to a new server requires a license reset through your account, which may be limited.

   You may not:

   • resell, share, rent, lease, gift, publish or redistribute a Product, its files or its license key, in whole or in part, free or paid;
   • use one license on more than one server, network instance or installation at the same time;
   • decompile, reverse engineer, deobfuscate or modify a Product, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
   • remove, bypass or tamper with license verification, copyright notices or other protection mechanisms;
   • claim a Product, or a derivative of it, as your own work, or use it to build a competing product.

   All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with Reliva Network LLC. Free Products are subject to the same restrictions unless they are expressly published under an open-source license.

4. 4. Enforcement and termination

   We may suspend or revoke a license and suspend or close an account, without refund, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, including license sharing, leaking, fraud or chargeback abuse. On revocation you must stop using and delete the Product. We may also pursue any remedies available under law, including claims for infringement.

5. 5. Prices, payment and taxes

   Prices are shown on the site in the displayed currency (currently Turkish lira, TRY) and may change at any time; changes do not affect completed orders. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

   Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. For some transactions Stripe's Managed Payments service (Link) acts as the reseller and merchant of record; in that case your card statement may show "LINK.COM*" and the payment is also subject to Link's terms. A purchase is complete only when the payment is confirmed; until then no license is issued.

6. 6. Delivery

   Products are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed, the license key and download links appear in your account. Download links are personal and expire shortly after they are generated. We do not ship any physical goods.

7. 7. All sales are final

   Because Products are digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal, where such a right would otherwise apply.

8. 8. Chargebacks

   If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a Product you received is a breach of these Terms; we will contest it with the delivery and license-usage records, and we may revoke the related licenses and close the account.

9. 9. Updates and support

   We may, at our discretion, release updates, fixes and compatibility changes, and we may discontinue a Product. Support is provided through the support ticket system and our community channels on a reasonable-effort basis. A purchase does not include custom development or guaranteed response times.

10. 10. Acceptable use

    You may not use the site to break the law, attack or probe our systems, scrape or overload the service, circumvent rate limits, upload malicious content, or harass staff or other users. Content you submit (for example support messages) must not infringe the rights of others.

11. 11. Third-party software

    Products run on third-party software such as Minecraft, Paper, Purpur or Folia, which we do not control. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Changes to third-party software may affect compatibility.

12. 12. Disclaimer of warranties

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Products will be error-free or uninterrupted, or compatible with every server configuration. You are responsible for backing up your server and data.

13. 13. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or player base. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

14. 14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliva Network LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Products.

15. 15. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. 16. Consumer rights

    Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived or excluded under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions stay in effect.

17. 17. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
